Brabners awarded 'Best Law Firm to Work For in UK' 2024 for second consecutive year
2 min read
We're officially the best law firm and sixth best large company to work for in the UK. That's according to Best Companies, whose annual awards recognise commitment to people and workplace engagement.
This marks the second consecutive year in which we've topped the table for law firms and our sixth consecutive year in the Best Companies tables altogether. We've also jumped up five places in the best large companies table from 2023, breaking into the top ten.
In the North West table, we're now the 17th best company to work for overall, improving our position from 22nd last year.
We're also regarded as the best company to work for in Yorkshire — an accolade that we're hugely proud of, given that we only opened our Leeds office at 1 City Square in November 2022.
Thank you to our people
We have our people to thank for this latest success. They're the ones who make Brabners a truly stand-out place to work and we’re thrilled that the new Best Companies rankings reflect this once again.
This welcome news follows recent commendations for our commercial dispute resolution and family law teams in the latest The Times Best Law Firms list for 2025 and multiple top-tier rankings for various teams in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for 2025.
