Adam Jason

Adam is a Legal Director in our construction team.

He has practised for over ten years and is highly experienced in both helping clients put robust deals in place and rescuing distressed projects due to insolvency events.

Adam specialises in non-contentious construction transactions advising clients in respect of industry standard form construction contracts such as JCT, NEC, ICHEME and MF1, ancillary documents such as collateral warranties and performance/payment guarantees and bonds as well advising in respect of other deal documents, such as development agreements, agreements for lease, sale and purchase agreements and finance agreements.

Adam advises clients across a range of areas like property development, office, retail, hospitality, sport, healthcare, public services, manufacturing, renewable energy and utilities.

He is a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Adam joined us in 2022 and is based in our Manchester office.
