Adam is a Solicitor in our litigation team.
A commercial litigator, Adam has experience across a broad range of contentious work. He handles a range of general commercial litigation matters including breach of contract and warranty claims, tortious actions and company/shareholder disputes. He also advises on media-related issues such as defamation, privacy and reputation management.
Adam acts for a range of clients comprising SMEs, partnerships and private individuals within commercial sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, logistics and retail. He was a key member of the legal team in Coleen Rooney’s successful defence of the libel claim brought by Rebekah Vardy. In further media-related work, Adam is currently handling two high-profile phone hacking claims in the group actions brought against News Group Newspapers (Mobile Telephone Voicemail Interception Litigation) and MGN (Mirror Newspaper Hacking Litigation).
Principally based in our Liverpool office, Adam joined us as a paralegal in 2018 before commencing his training contract in 2020 and qualifying in September 2021.
