Alex is an Associate in our litigation team.
A commercial litigator, Alex handles various contentious matters such as shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contractual disputes, restrictive covenants in employment contracts, claims arising from mergers and acquisitions (such as warranty breaches), defamation and harassment, professional negligence and debt recovery.
Alex acts for a range of clients including individuals, SMEs and professional services firms, with a focus on the recruitment and sport sectors.
Alex joined us in 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
A qualified mental health first aider, Alex is an active member of our colleague-led action groups focused on physical and mental health and social mobility.
He works out of our Lancashire and Liverpool offices.
