Amelia is a Solicitor in our housing and communities team.
She handles issues such as acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing of individual properties and portfolios.
Amelia acts for a range of clients including housing associations and charities.
She also advises on matters such as sales of shared ownership leases, right to buy, repossessions of shared ownership leases, first registrations of unregistered land, wayleave agreements and easements. Amelia is experienced in commercial property law.
She is a member of Merseyside Women Lawyers Division and the past chair for 2018/2019. She is also a Director of Liverpool Law Society and mentors with The Girls' Network.
Amelia joined us in June 2018 and qualified in September 2017. She is based in our Liverpool office.
