Amelia is a Senior Associate in our real estate team with a focus on investment and property management.
She advises on commercial and mixed-use property matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and property finance.
Her clients span a range of sectors — including offices, retail and leisure, industrial and pharmacy — which has seen her act for various well-known household brands as well as a major national supermarket on its acquisitions of new sites and manage its estates portfolio. She has also acted for an investor landlord with a portfolio of retail properties and a shopping centre.
Amelia takes time to understand clients’ businesses and the challenges they’re facing to provide strategic and commercially focused advice. She also ensures that clients remain at the forefront of legal developments within their relevant sectors by providing guidance on emerging trends and regulatory changes.
Amelia started working in real estate as a Paralegal in 2014 at another national law firm before qualifying in 2017.
She studied classics at university and converted to law after her degree at the College of Law.
A competitive field hockey player outside of work, Amelia joined us in January 2025 and is based in our Leeds office.
