Amy is a Solicitor in our employment team.
She supports clients with negotiated settlements and prepares and audits contracts, policies and handbooks. She also assists with day-to-day workplace matters such as grievances, disciplinary procedures and dismissals and is experienced in handling employment tribunal claims for both employers and employees, particularly in relation to discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
Using her previous experience as a member of our corporate team, Amy also assists on corporate transactions from an employment perspective.
Amy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division and Merseyside Young Professionals.
As a trainee, she also completed seats in family law and commercial litigation.
Amy graduated with a first-class LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2019 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters at the University of Law (Liverpool) with a distinction in 2020.
With a keen interest in charity work, she takes an active role in organising events in aid of The Brabners Foundation, including the Brabners Foundation Ball in 2023 and 2024.
Amy joined us in 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. She's based in our Liverpool office.
