Andrius is a Partner in our housing and communities team.

He is an experienced non-contentious housing lawyer who acts in various matters such as social housing rationalisation, stock transfers, commercial leaseholds and shared ownership leases and site disposal set-ups.

Andrius also acts in landlord and tenant matters, buy back, sales, purchases and right-to-buy properties, general home ownership management, plot sales and commercial property management.

He is experienced in acting for housing associations, charities and management companies and also acts for a wide range of other clients including developers, registered providers, local authorities and social landlords.

Andrius has a strong background in non-contentious residential and commercial property work and has practised for over a decade. He has acted for major social landlords in refinancing transactions, handled large scale auction disposals for registered providers and overseen complex stock swaps.

His clients include The Riverside Group, Minster Court Management, Onward Homes, Your Housing Group, Plus Dane Housing, Suttons Commercial (Brunswick Quay) Ltd and various charities.

Andrius joined us in 2007 and is based in our Liverpool office.
