Anthony is a Solicitor in our corporate law team.
He assists with issues relating to corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, private equity matters, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and share options.
Working closely with clients to help navigate and manage their corporate legal needs, Anthony plays a pivotal role in managing due diligence processes and drafting key transactional documents. Anthony has assisted a variety of clients, including private individuals, large corporates, owner-managed businesses and unincorporated associations.
A member of the Merseyside Young Professionals, Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division, Manchester Trainee Solicitor Group and Liverpool Law Society, Anthony’s commentary has featured in leading independent publications such as the Estates Gazette and SHP Online.
Anthony joined us in 2022 and qualified in 2024. He gained a wide range of legal experience during his training contract, completing seats in our employment, pensions and immigration, real estate development, corporate and regulatory law teams.
In 2019, he graduated with an LLB from Newcastle University before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law (Liverpool) in 2022. He was awarded the Atkinson Award for academic achievement in the LPC LLM by Liverpool Law Society.
Outside of work, Anthony is a sports enthusiast, with particular interests in football and boxing.
He’s based in our Liverpool office.
