Caroline is a Partner and leads our manufacturing and supply chain team.
An experienced corporate lawyer, she handles transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and joint ventures and advises on shareholder agreements and corporate matters.
Caroline also has extensive sector expertise in the automotive sector. She regularly advises on the acquisitions and disposals of car dealerships and other automotive businesses, including multi-franchise car dealership acquisition projects. This gives her a deep understanding of the key considerations for businesses that operate across the sector.
As the lead for our manufacturing and supply chain group — which counts Bridgestone Tyres, Peel Ports, Cammell Laird, Manchester Airport Group, British Sugar, Rhenus Logistics, Rhenus Warehousing, Panasonic, VEKA and Recticel among its clients — Caroline is deeply immersed in the sector and understands its unique viewpoints, challenges and opportunities.
She has been ranked by business platform MarketIQ as one of the ‘top ten legal advisers’ (by deal volume) in the North West and is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
Caroline advises both UK and international clients, including Beaverbrooks The Jewellers, VT Holdings (owner of CCR Motor Co, Wessex Garages and Griffin Mill Garages), Begbies Traynor Group plc and Brayleys Cars.
Caroline joined us in 1995 and is based in our Manchester office.
