Claire is a Solicitor in our employment, immigration and pensions team.
She supports clients with contract and policy preparation, settlement agreements, bullying and harassment claims, dismissals and redundancies.
She also advises on every day workplace matters such as grievances, disciplinary procedures, whistleblowing and changes to terms and conditions.
Claire acts for a range of employers from SMEs to PLCs across a variety of sectors including Recruitment, Retail, Sport, Healthcare and Manufacturing, as well as acting for employees.
She also advises employers and employees in Employment Tribunal proceedings, particularly in relation to discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
Claire joined us as a newly qualified solicitor June 2021. She is based in our Manchester office.
