Clara is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
She handles corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), disposals and company secretarial work.
Having gained experience in the healthcare sector, Clara works closely with the head of the pharmacy M&A team, David Seddon, and acts for a range of healthcare organisations and professionals such as pharmacists, dentists, general practitioners and care home providers.
She graduated with an LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2019 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters at the University of Law (Liverpool) in 2020.
Clara joined us in August 2021 and qualified in 2024. She is based in our Liverpool office.
