Edwina is a Partner in our property team.
She is an experienced commercial property lawyer who handles investment and property management work and commercial development as well as acquisitions, sales and mortgages of commercial property on behalf of banks, regional financiers and niche property funders.
Edwina is recognised in The Legal 500 2025 for her commercial property expertise.
Edwina has practiced for over two decades and specialises in landlord and tenant and asset management work as well as commercial property finance advising banks on finance for development sites, stand-alone commercial properties and portfolios of commercial and residential properties.
She has acted for Clipper Logistics plc and Town Centre Securities plc and their group companies, Lloyds Bank plc, Handelsbanken and Octopus Real Estate.
Edwina joined us in 2022 and is based in Leeds.
