Georgina is a Solicitor in our will and inheritance disputes team.
She specialises in contentious trusts and probate litigation, dealing with a wide range of matters on behalf of both beneficiaries and executors including Will validity challenges, Inheritance Act claims, disputes between beneficiaries and executors regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates. She also deals with Probate Registry claims.
Georgina reviews each case in detail to ensure that she fully understands the nature of the issues at play — as well as each client’s priorities and objectives — before providing astute, tailored legal advice to achieve the desired outcome.
Prior to joining us in January 2024, Georgina worked for a regional law firm for five years, where she trained as a lawyer. After qualifying in 2020 and specialising in commercial litigation, Georgina decided to refocus her career and specialise in contentious probate at the end of 2023. She studied law at the University of Liverpool and completed her Legal Practice Course (achieving a distinction) at BPP University.
Georgina joined us in January 2024 and is based in our Lancashire office.
