Helen is a Partner and the joint head of our housing team, leading our housing development sub-team.

An experienced property lawyer, Helen advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, development agreements and complex conditional contracts.

She acts for registered providers, property developers and investors, landowners, tenants and charities.

Helen has a strong background in non-contentious commercial property work and has been involved with major real estate projects.

A member of the Liverpool Law Society, in 2018, Helen was independently nominated in research of in-house counsel conducted by Acritas as one of the most outstanding lawyers they have worked with. In The Legal 500, Helen is ranked as a “Next Generation Partner”.

Her clients include Jigsaw Homes, Cobalt Housing, Arnold Clark Automobiles, Peel Ports, James Hall and Rocksavage Investments.
