Helen is a Partner in our litigation team.
An experienced commercial litigator, she advises on commercial and company disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, procurement law and breach of warranty claims.
Helen acts for private companies, public sector organisations and individuals, regularly advising clients in the education, food and drink and retail sectors.
She has specialist expertise in media law including defamation claims, intellectual property disputes and reputation management.
Helen also advises on claims pursuant to the Equality Act, professional negligence claims, company restorations, judicial review and directors’ disqualifications.
