She acts for a range of clients including independent dentists, corporate dental groups and dental care professionals.
Hewi has a strong background in corporate law and has practised for over a decade. She is highly experienced in acting on the sale and acquisition of dental practises of all sizes, from single to multiple site locations, including the sale of a £2.5 million site.
She also specialises in acting for the spouses of dentists as sole NHS Contractors who have passed away, securing NHS contracts in a caretaker role, notifying the CQC of the death of a registered provider and enabling practices to maintain CQC registration on a caretaker provision.
Hewi joined us in January 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
