Jon Walters

Jon is a Solicitor in our regulatory team.

He handles issues including professional disciplinary matters, health and safety prosecutions, firearms licensing appeals, and criminal matters.

Jon acts for a range of clients including individuals, SMEs and housing associations.

He has completed training through The Law Society in relation to advocacy and vulnerable witnesses and is experienced in fitness to practise investigations against professionals including allegations of misconduct, adverse physical or mental health, deficient professional performance, criminal convictions or cautions and determinations by other regulators. He is a member of our healthcare sector group.

Jon joined us in 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
