Karen Stephenson

Karen is a Conveyancing Executive in our housing and communities team.

Karen assists the team on issues such as right to buys/right to acquires, social homebuy, licences to assign and deeds of covenant, surrender and regrant of leases, purchases and plot sales.

She has gained experience in all aspects of conveyancing.

Karen joined us in 1980 and worked as a Conveyancing Secretary for 12 years before progressing to Conveyancing Executive. She is based in our Liverpool office.
