Kerry Davies

Kerry is the Debt Recovery Manager in our litigation team.

Kerry has over three decades of debt recovery experience and oversees the day-to-day running of our debt recovery service and team. 

She’s the first point of contact for our debt recovery clients and ensures the smooth operation of our systems and services — keeping clients updated throughout the process and ensuring that we maximise recoveries. 

Kerry handles a range of commercial debt recovery issues including settlement negotiations, proceedings and enforcement, insolvency and foreign debt recovery. 

She acts for a range of clients including private fee-paying schools, breweries, manufacturers of commercial machinery and one of the UK’s leading providers of waste management services.
