Kirsten is a Senior Associate in our family team.
Experienced in advising and representing clients in family and matrimonial law, Kirsten specialises in divorce, dissolution and separation and financial settlements, having acted for high-net-worth individuals with cases involving pensions, businesses, property portfolios, foreign assets, issues of undisclosed assets and substantial Schedule 1 financial claims.
With considerable experience in all disputes relating to childcare arrangements, Kirsten deals with many complex issues that involve international elements (such as international relocation), domestic abuse, substance abuse, relocation cases and allegations of parental alienation and hostility.
Kirsten provides realistic and straightforward advice so that clients can make an informed decision about how best to proceed with their individual case.
Committed to developing a trusting relationship with her clients in order to act in their best interests, Kirsten is a member of Resolution and values taking a conciliatory approach while understanding the need to be assertive to achieve the best possible results.
She has been working in family law since 2007, starting as a Paralegal before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2010. Kirsten has worked at a range of law firms including high street, boutique family law and large national firms and is a qualified member of The Law Society-accredited Family Law Panel.
Kirsten joined us in October 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
