“During the whole process, Lindsey was infallible, preparing and presenting the case brilliantly prior to the deadline. In addition to her wonderful work ethic, she also provided me with many useful pieces of advice, encouraging me to check my existing policies and coverage to see what support I was entitled to. It was through this research that I discovered my Home Insurance Policy also covered employment matters and would accept all costs from that stage onwards. The importance of Lindsey’s expertise and sage counsel was immeasurable. The case eventually took place at Tribunal and much to my happiness and relief, was successfully concluded. On the day, Lindsey and her team once again conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism — going above and beyond to provide support and guidance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lindsey and Brabners to anyone requiring legal assistance.”
