Megan is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
She handles a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity, investment fundraising, corporate restructures and demergers, management buy-outs and joint ventures, as well as corporate governance matters.
Megan’s clients range from SMEs and start-ups to large national corporates. A member of our sports sector team, she also works with elite sports clubs and national governing bodies.
Clients appreciate Megan’s structured and pragmatic approach, as well as her attention to detail.
Outside of her day job, Megan leads our ‘Brabners in the City’ networking events, which provide an opportunity for junior professionals to build and grow their networks.
Megan joined us as a trainee in September 2021 and is based in our Manchester office.
