Megan is a Solicitor in our employment, pensions and immigration team.
She works with a range of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, national organisations and individual employees.
Megan prepares and audits contracts, policies and handbooks, and advises employers and people teams on managing sickness absence, underperformance, disciplinaries and grievances.
She is experienced in handling employment tribunal claims for both employers and employees.
Megan is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and sits on the committee for the Manchester Young Solicitors Group.
She has previous experience of working in strategic procurement and corporate strategy across the transport sector.
Megan joined us upon qualification in August 2023. She is based in Manchester.
