Nigel Jones

Nigel is a Partner in our pensions team. 

He advises a wide range of clients — including corporate employers, trustees, lenders, pension providers and public sector bodies — on the full range of defined benefit and defined contribution workplace pension issues and all aspects of pension law such as governance, funding, investment, scheme reconstruction/mergers, regulatory compliance and disputes.

With a particular specialism in private M&A work, Nigel has acted as specialist pensions counsel for various national and international law firms on complex, high-value transaction mandates, including for private equity bidders in competitive auction processes and supporting sell-side vendor due diligence exercises.
