Our CEO is the driving force behind our firm’s new strategy and sense of ambition.
In conjunction with Managing Partner Nik White, Robert sets the strategic direction of the firm and is responsible for overseeing the performance of the business.
He brings a strategic dimension to defining, implementing and pursuing the firm’s development, focusing on long term sustainable goals, market trends and brings a broader business outlook.
Together with Nik, Robert has led the development of the firm’s new sense of purpose and ambition, focused on building an environment in which our people can flourish and on positioning Brabners as a modern, progressive firm and brand.
Robert is the driving force behind our strategic change programme which has already delivered positive profitable growth.
He is passionate about our firm’s independent status and the opportunity it offers to deliver an enhanced experience for colleagues and clients.
Robert is a senior business leader with over 20 years’ experience developing and delivering strategic change and improving financial performance in competitive markets.
He held a number of executive management roles at multi-site international companies prior to joining Brabners. He has broad sector and service experience and is a qualified chartered accountant.
Robert is a member of our Management Board, Sector Executive Board and Client Services Board. He's also the Chair of The Brabners Foundation and Co-Chair of the True North Advisory Council.
