Sarah Hall

Sarah is a Legal Director in our property litigation team.

An experienced property litigator, she specialises in commercial and mixed-use property dispute resolution. She advises on a variety of property litigation issues including forfeiture, commercial service charge disputes, dilapidations, possession claims, break notices, recovering rent and service charge arrears, boundary disputes, rights of way, trespass and nuisance claims.

Sarah acts for a wide variety of clients including landlords and tenants and has practised for over a decade. Known for her commercial and pragmatic approach, she worked at a global legal services provider before joining us in 2022.

Sarah is based in our Liverpool office.
