Siobhan is a Legal Director in our employment team and our Pro Bono Lead.
She is an experienced employment lawyer who specialises in complex individual claims and also handles all aspects of employment law for employers. This includes employment tribunal claims as well as issues such as whistleblowing, discrimination, National Minimum Wage matters, HMRC audits/disputes, unfair dismissal claims, TUPE and restrictive covenants and also offers HR and employment advice.
Siobhan acts for organisations across a variety of sectors from retail and manufacturing and supply chain to energy and professional services, as well as individual clients. She also advises on corporate transactions.
With a strong background in contentious and non-contentious work, Siobhan has practised since 2010. She has previously worked as an in-house lawyer in a Fortune 500 company and has also worked both at global law firms and specialist boutique employment law firms.
Recognised as a 'Leading Associate' in The Legal 500 2025, Siobhan is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association. She also writes on legal issues for publications such as The Telegraph and provides external and internal training for a variety of different audiences.
Siobhan features on the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025, which recognises lawyers who undertook 25 hours or more of legal pro bono work over the last year.
Siobhan joined us in 2019 and is based in our Manchester office.
