Victoria is a Legal Director in our commercial team.
She specialises in contract and EU public procurement law and handles a range of commercial contracts including agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions, collaboration and non-disclosure agreements and advises on all aspects of EU public procurement law and data protection law.
She acts for both public and private sector organisations including manufacturers, recruitment companies, technology companies, registered providers of social housing, local authorities and charities.
Victoria has a strong background in non-contentious work and has practiced for over a decade.
She worked at an international private practice law firm specialising in commercial contracts and public procurement law as well as working as an in-house lawyer for a professional services umbrella organisation before joining us.
Noted for her expertise in commercial contracts and public procurement, Victoria has been named as a Rising Star by The Legal 500 since 2020 and is named as a Leading Associate for 2025.
Victoria’s clients include Open Outdoor Media, James Hall, Neuven Solutions Ltd, Aspire Scientific, Lancaster City Council and Medtrade Products Ltd.
