Finding the right buyer

Today’s vendors are driven by certainty. They want to know that a deal is deliverable within the timescale and at the level of consideration agreed at the outset with the potential purchaser.

Our Deal Advisory team is led by experienced financial professional Paula McGrath, who entered corporate finance in 1995 and has developed an extensive network and renowned practice of transacting large, complex corporate deals.
