Isabella Martindale

Isabella is a Solicitor in our property litigation team.

She advises on contentious and non-contentious property work, including a range of landlord and tenant disputes for both residential and commercial properties like breach of covenants, lease renewals, neighbour nuisances and injunctions. She also has advocacy experience within the county courts for residential possession matters. 

Isabella gained a first-class undergraduate law degree at Sheffield Hallam University before embarking on her LPC qualification, for which she balanced studying with working full time.

Prior to joining us, she worked at a local law firm in Chester, where she completed her training contract. While the vast majority of this time was spent working in property litigation, she also undertook a seat in Wills, trusts and probate.

Outside of work Isabella spends a lot of time on the coast, whether sailing or taking strolls along the beach.

Isabella qualified as a solicitor and joined us in October 2024.
