Paul is a Senior Associate in our property team.
An experienced property lawyer, he handles issues such as sales, purchases, portfolio management, as well as transactions involving both new and existing leases.
He acts for a wide range of clients such as commercial landlords and tenants, investors, developers and businesses as well as banks, charities, housebuilders and manufacturers.
Paul also advises on a range of lease-related issues and is experienced in helping clients grant, take, assign, underlet and terminate leases and licences and variations that can arise during the course of occupying a property under a lease.
In addition, he supports our corporate group on business sales and purchases involving properties.
A member of The Law Society, Paul’s clients include The Shaw Trust, All About Children Ltd, Chester Race Company Ltd, VEKA PLC and MSB Developments Ltd.
Paul joined us in 2006 and is based in our Manchester office.
