Sebastian Lang is a Legal Director in our corporate team.

An insolvency lawyer with many years’ experience in advising insolvency practitioners, corporates, directors, financial institutions and asset-based lenders on all aspects of insolvency law, Sebastian has a particular emphasis on restructuring and non-contentious matters.

Recognised in The Legal 500 as a “turnaround specialist” with "knowledge of restructuring matters", Sebastian has acted for a number of firms of national insolvency practitioners, including Begbies Traynor, FRP, Kroll, Leonard Curtis, Menzies and MKS.

Sebastian joined us in December 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
