Sinéad is an Associate in our agriculture and landed estate team.
Sinéad is a property lawyer who deals with agricultural and landed estate transactions, as well as commercial property transactions and private client property matters. She has experience in agricultural sales, purchases and tenancies as well as dealing with unregistered land matters.
Sinéad has acted for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, private companies, and charitable bodies.
Sinéad has experience in both agricultural, commercial, and residential landlord and tenant law. She has a background in landed estate property and has assisted on many large-scale estate purchases and sales.
Sinéad qualified in Ireland in December 2020 and in England and Wales in January 2021.
She joined us in October 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
